His real estate career began in 2003, although he has more than 40 years of experience in sales and marketing. Before real estate, Avi worked as a general sales manager and promotion manager for an FM radio station, cultivating the station into a regional powerhouse.
Once the station sold, he progressed into creating marketing solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Using his background in sales, Avi started to purchase and sell properties on his own. Realizing that he was a natural at it, he pursued his real estate license.
